Your Daily Prescription for Laughs...

Ants Need Lovin' Too

An ant was walking through the jungle one day when he stumbled across an elephant who seemed to be in a great deal of pain. He approached the elephant and asked him what was wrong.

"I've got a terrible splinter in my foot and I can't walk until I get it out," said the elephant. "Would you help me and remove it so I can walk again?"

The ant thought for a second. "Well, I'll help you. But to be honest, it's been a little while since I've, you know, gotten some action, so let's make a deal. I'll pull out the splinter if you let me, go to town for a little while."

The elephant thought about it and agreed, seeing that she was in so much pain. So the ant quickly removed the splinter and then proceeded to "get friendly" with the elephant.

While this was going on, a monkey in a tree noticed and began to laugh at the absurdity he was seeing. In a fit of hysterical chuckling, he threw a coconut at the elephant.

"Ow," said the elephant.

"Yeah," responded the ant. "I know. I'm pretty well-hung for an ant."
