Your Daily Prescription for Laughs...

CHEW ON THIS

Here's a list of slogans that got scrapped, for obvious reasons, by some major companies.

  1. Ford Motor Co.: At least it's not a Yugo.

  2. Time-Warner/AOL: Good luck finding objective journalism.

  3. Microsoft: Our name may fit our anatomy, but not our business strategy.

  4. Amazon.com: Losing money at the speed of eBusiness

  5. Preparation H: The Mature Cologne

  6. Marlboro: Cancer never looked cooler.

  7. Busch: Wouldn't you like to get some?

  8. Depends: For when you're holding more than just your respirator.

  9. Coke: Don't buy it! Psych! At this point we can just experiment.

  10. Pets.com: Anyone hiring?

  11. Yugo: At least it's not a Ford.
